Structure and working principle of electric oven

Electric Oven structure
The electric Oven consists of a box, a door, an electric heating element, a temperature control and timing device.
① The box is usually made of thin steel plates, generally double layers, with air interlayer or filled with thermal insulation materials.
② High temperature resistant glass is installed on the door to observe the food baking.
3 The electric heating element shall be a metal tube type with radiant materials applied at the far red part of the meter. Generally, electric ovens have two electric heating elements, one or two at the side of the oven.
④ The temperature control element is mainly of bimetallic sheet type. After the 1980s, electronic temperature control elements have also been gradually promoted.
⑤ The timing devices are usually spring type and electric type. The former has a timing range of less than 1 hour, while the latter can last for several hours. Some electric ovens are also equipped with a food tray, which is driven by a micro motor and rotates at a low speed to make the food more evenly baked. In the early 1980s, the computer electric oven appeared. Using temperature sensors, weight sensors, humidity sensors and microprocessors, it can automatically select the best baking mode according to the pre input baking program, so as to optimize and automate the baking process.

Working principle of electric oven
The electric oven is an electric appliance that uses the radiant heat from the electric heating element to bake food. With it, we can make roast chicken, roast duck, bake bread, cakes, etc. According to the different needs of baking food, the temperature of the electric oven can be generally adjusted within the range of 50-250 "C.

The electric oven is mainly composed of a box, an electric heating element, a temperature regulator, a timer, a power regulating switch, etc. The box body is mainly composed of a three layer structure of a shell, a middle layer and a liner, and curling edges are formed on the front and rear edges of the liner to isolate the air in the chamber; The outer chamber is filled with insulating expanded perlite products, which greatly reduces the shell temperature; At the same time, a spring structure is installed under the door to make the door always pressed against the door frame, so that it has good sealing performance. The heating mode of electric oven can be divided into three types: surface fire (heating by upper heater), primer fire (heating by lower heater) and simultaneous heating up and down.
