Working principle of toaster

The working principle of the Toaster is as follows: first, put bread slices, frozen waffles, toaster rolls or other similar foods into the bracket through the slot on the top of the toaster. Next, use the lever on the side of the toaster to lower the bracket into the chassis. When the bracket reaches the bottom, the bracket lock will close and the internal switch will be activated to start the heating process. In this process, the thermostat will determine the length of time for delivering current from the power line to the heating element.

When setting the thermostat, the toaster operator can use the control knob or lever to adjust the baking cycle. When the set temperature is reached, the heating process will be terminated. At this time, the spiral tube will turn off the power supply and release the locking tab, so that the bracket can pop out and return to its original position. At this time, the operator of the toaster can easily take the baked food.

The basic principle of any toaster application is very simple. The toaster uses infrared radiation to heat bread slices. When the bread is put in and the coil turns red, it is the infrared radiation generated by the coil. This radiation can gradually dry and zoom the surface of the bread.
