1. The lattice frame is easy to disassemble; The heater is firmly installed and can be pulled out with proper force.
2. Power on test: turn on the power supply, turn the change-over switch to the power on position of the upper heater, and the upper heating lamp will be on. After 3min, there should be a temperature rise. Turn the change-over switch to the power on position of the lower heater, and the corresponding indicator lights will be on. After a few minutes, the temperature rise is required. Finally, set the switch to the full on position and turn the box temperature control value to the 200 ℃ position. The temperature is required to rise to 200 ℃ within 15 minutes.
3. Regular inspection: For electric ovens with timers, check whether the timing is accurate.
4. Constant temperature inspection: test the constant temperature performance at 100 ℃ and 250 ℃.
5. Other inspections: check the tightness after closing the furnace door, and pay attention to whether the glass is smooth and bright. Each function knob shall operate flexibly. Also check whether the spare parts of the electric Oven, such as the baking pan, baking net and baking fork, are complete.
