Stability and mechanical hazards. If the air frying pan product is not equipped with the linkage device between the pan and the fan or the opening of the metal protective mesh cover is too large, because the fan has a sharp structure and the metal fan blade is still rotating when the pan is opened for operation, when the user operates or touches the upper wall inside the cavity unconsciously, his fingers may be scratched by the sharp edge of the fan, causing mechanical injury.
Grounding measures. The grounding screw is not provided with an additional locking device, which leads to unreliable grounding measures. When the internal basic insulation is invalid and charged, the dangerous current cannot be introduced into the ground through the grounding system in time. When people touch the metal shell, there is an electric shock hazard.
Disturbance voltage at power terminals. If the air fryer is not designed with EMC circuit, the measured value may be higher than the national standard. Such unqualified Air Fryers will interfere with the public power grid, affect other equipment through the grid, and cause equipment performance degradation or failure.
Acrylamide content. WHO lists acrylamide as a Class 2A carcinogen. When food processing temperature is low, such as boiling, the level of acrylamide is quite low. Acrylamide is mainly formed during the heating (above 120 ℃) and cooking of plant food with high carbohydrate and low protein. The optimal temperature for acrylamide generation is 140 ℃ to 180 ℃. Acrylamide in high temperature cooking food cannot be completely avoided.

However, if the volume is too small, it may cause problems such as over dense food placement, poor cooking effect, and insufficient frying of food.
When frying food, do not cover the vent hole of the air fryer, which may cause poor heat dissipation.
The temperature of the body surface cannot be judged by the naked eye, so it is necessary to avoid scalding caused by touching, let alone letting children use or touch it alone.
It is an unhealthy eating habit to eat high carbohydrate, low protein vegetable foods such as chips fried in air fryers for a long time. It is recommended to reduce intake as much as possible.
